  1. What a neat contest! Thank you for sponsoring it! I’m into making bags for myself right now…and as much as I’d enjoy a nice large bag…or another diaper bag (because can you ever really have too many diaper bags?) I think I’d like PN103 – Spring / Summer Tote Bag. It looks so versatile and would be great for holding my crochet or knitting projects to take out to my favorite coffee shop or a great bag for a trip to the library!

    1. Thank you and you’re very welcome. No, you can definitely never have enough diaper bags or any other bags for that matter. They’re a girl’s best friend! What lovely ideas for the use of the Spring/Summer Tote bag. Good luck!

    1. Thanks so much for entering, the weekender’s a favourite of mine. Took me a while to design as wanted to get it just right. I was quite proud of it once done, although I must offer the utmost praise to the fabric designers. They make my work so much easier to do. Good luck!

  2. Hi your patterns are great, but if I had to chose one it would be the Emma Hobo bag, it looks a really useful size for evey day use but I could make another and it would be smart enough to go out with! Thank you for offering a chance to win this pattern

  3. Hi Susie, I’m new to sewing and I’d love to try one of your patterns to make a birthday present for my friend. A beginners pattern like the Evelyn Handbag would be lovely πŸ™‚

  4. Gosh what beautiful bags – your choice of fabric is stunning! For me, the diaper/nappy changing bag – I foster babies and when they move on (either back home or to be adopted) I give the parents the nappy bag! Costs me a bomb!! I’d never even thought to make one!! Doh!! πŸ™‚

  5. You have such a lovely selection to choose from and I love your fabric choices. I have always wanted to make myself a wallet, so if I am lucky that is the pattern I would like! Thank you for the chance!

  6. Wow! What a great response already to my competition. I was going to reply individually to everyone’s comments but getting so many now that hope nobody minds a message to all. Thank you to everyone who has entered so far and good luck!! There’s still plenty of time to enter for anyone who hasn’t yet, so keep your comments coming. I enjoy reading each and every one.

  7. So many lovely patterns to choose from but I think the one I would choose is Sweetheart (PN304). I have always promised to make myself a bag but never seem to get around to it. Thank you for the opportunity to win.

  8. They are all great I have not had the nerve yet I like the Amelia and summer tote Thank-you so much for the awesome give away chance Becky

  9. Hello, I love your bag patterns! If I were to win, I would like PN402 – the Daisy Handbag. Love the fabric you used to make this on your Etsy site – can’t beat Amy Butler for bags πŸ™‚

  10. I love your patterns πŸ™‚ My favourite is the Weekender Travel Bag. I think it would also make a good project bag when not being used for it’s intended purpose, the zip would stop my balls of yarn escaping/being stolen by my toddler!

  11. Hi your bags are wonderful and as I have never made a bag before I would love the Amelia pattern to make a bag which i know my sister-in law Charlotte would love- it would really cheer her up following her recent surgery and ongoing chemo xxx

  12. Thank you, everyone, for your entries and all the lovely comments! I’m busy getting all your names in the hat and will announce the 5 winners within next couple of days. Watch this space!

  13. … and the WINNERS are…

Lizzy from Sewbusylizzy – wins the weekender bag sewing pattern
Angela from Sewmentalmama – wins the writing set cover sewing pattern
Michelle W – wins the tri-fold wallet sewing pattern
Vivienne M – wins the hobo bag sewing pattern
Sarah N – weekender bag sewing pattern

and just because I’m so pleased with the response to my competition, I’ve chosen one random bonus winner:

Margo from theclimbingtree – wins the tri-fold wallet sewing pattern

Well done to all the winners, I hope you love using your new sewing patterns – I will be emailing the patterns to you within the next couple of hours.

Remember, even if you didn’t win, you are still welcome to use the special discount coupon code WPBLOG15, for a 15% discount at my Etsy shop. It’s valid until 31st March 2013.

    Thank you to all.
